![]() All tables were littered with trash, and there were shoes everywhere. I get it it was a rainy day and they were busy. ![]() ![]() My husband promptly told everyone in line behind us to ask for it! We were finally ready to proceed to wait 40 minutes for our turn to jump. When I asked why the person in line in front of us didn't get the deal, he said that the customer had to ask for it. When I asked about it, he reluctantly agreed. I pitied the 30 or so families in line behind us! Once it was time to pay, I was a bit disappointed with the total ($32, I think, for our two kids for an hour) because I clearly saw a large piece of paper taped next to the cash register that told the cashier to hit the BOGO button on Tuesdays for the customer to buy one hour and get one free. They could expedite the process by handing out clipboards with the paperwork to the people as they wait in line. There was only 1 person ahead of us! The process just to get into the place is a lengthy one-especially as first timers. We passed our time by waiting in line to pay for about 20 minutes. We arrived at 11:30 AM but the next scheduled jump time wasn't until 12:30. ![]()
